Inner Evolution Community Meditation. Donation based meditation time. Each 30 min session will vary between silent and guided meditation.

BEGINNER YOGA

The Yoga class for those newer to yoga and/or for those who enjoy a non-vigorous practice. In this class you will learn how to breathe, develop proper pose alignment, and start to re-discover your body and how it works in a whole new way. This class will not be artificially heated.

CANDLE LIGHT YOGA

Release tension and rejuvenate with this restorative yoga class. This class will nurture your mind, body, and soul by helping alleviate stress and promote concious relaxation. Open to all levels from advanced to beginner who are looking for a soothing and therapeutic late night yoga class that will help you slow down. You will have an amazing night of sleep after this!!

YIN YOGA: SLOW DEEP STRETCH

Time is given with each posture in a relaxed, stretch oriented style of practice which allows you to experience openness and a deep sense of connection with the present. This class will not be artificially heated.

INNER EVOLUTION COMMUNITY YOGA LEVEL 1

This class is designed to be a bridge between the beginner and the level 1-2, as we begin adding more vinyasa flow into the process; it is not quite as vigorous as the level 1-2. This class is also open to the community on a donation basis, a portion of which is given back to our local charities.

Level 1-2

A class ideal for the student with some beginner yoga experience. Through flowing sequences linking breath to movement, learn how to train the body and mind to increase strength, stamina, and focus. This POWER YOGA class is designed to prepare the student to progress to the level 2. Advanced student welcome as options will be given.

HEATED LEVEL 1-2

A class ideal for the student with some beginner yoga experience. Through flowing sequences linking breath to movement, learn how to train the body and mind to increase strength, stamina, and focus. This POWER YOGA class is designed to prepare the student to progress to the level 2-3. Advanced student welcome as options will be given. This class will be heated.

HOT MORNING POWER LEVEL 1-2

Get a jump start on your day by starting with Pranayama, Asana and of course SWEAT. Out of respect for those going to work rest assured this POWER YOGA class will end promptly at 6:30. This class will be in a heated room.

HOT POWER HOUR LEVEL 1-2

An Hour of POWER YOGA vinyasa with the busy individual in mind.  You will be guided through stages designed to build strength, burn fat, develop flexibility, and release stress allowing you to get back to work and on with your day in no time! This class will be in a heated room.

LEVEL 2-3

An active and physically challenging POWER YOGA class for those individuals who like to work hard, sweat, and discover their edge.  It is recommended that you are comfortable in the level 1-2 class as we build on and explore different transitions and poses.
