Ashley Galvin, RYT 200

 

Ashley came to yoga by chance, with only an underlying drive to live a more active and health continence lifestyle.  From her very first yoga class Ashley knew she had started down a life-changing road.  “Yoga has given me so many beneficial changes in my life both physical and mental. I love to challenge myself, and I am continuously inspired through yoga. I know that I have discovered my path through yoga and want to share my passion with others.” Ashley obtained her 200 hour RYT at the Yandara Institute in Baja, Mexico under Shane Perkins.  Ashley loves to teach fun and challenging classes.  She believes yoga is about listening to your body and you’ll always be encouraged to give it YOUR all.  You might find yourself unexpectedly in a pose with your leg behind your head.  Ashley will bring you to your edge and back, your body will feel better from it.  Expect some sore abs
