Emily has been a student yoga for many years, and has deepened her journey through asana, meditation, and pranayama. She enjoys the emotional and physical healing powers of yoga, as well as the great physical exercise aspect. Emily has received her 200hr Yoga Alliance Certification through Phil and Sandrine's program at Inner Evolution, which has influenced her teaching with an emphasis on safety and alignment in postures. Emily notices that each body uniquely ebbs and flows throughout and encourages students to listen to their breath and their body throughout their practice in order to attain longevity. Emily practices at Inner Evolution often, and you will maybe even see her roaming the town. She is an average yogi and aspires to share the gifts of yoga with her community.

- Beginners Yoga
The Yoga class for those newer to yoga and/or for those who enjoy a non-vigorous practice . In this class you will learn how to breathe, develop proper pose alignment, and start to re-discover your body and how it works in a whole new way. This class will not be artificially heated.
