Caiti’s yoga journey began in 2010. She turned to yoga to challenge herself and try something new. Little did she know, she had begun a life-changing journey of healing and self-discovery. Caiti loves that, in yoga, there is always something new to explore and to practice on the mat, as well as off the mat. She recently graduated from IEY’s teacher training program and is very excited to share what she has learned!

Slow Deep Stretch - Time is given with each posture in a relaxed, stretch oriented style of practice which allows you to experience openness and a deep sense of connection with the present. This class will not be artificially heated.
An Hour of power vinyasa yoga with the busy individual in mind. You will be guided through stages designed to build strength, burn fat, develop flexibility, and release stress allowing you to get back to work and on with your day in no time! This class will be in a heated room.
