Forgiveness is a powerful tool for healing and freedom.
*We will discuss the effects of forgiveness on the brain & subtle body.
*We will explore the benefits of forgiveness, discuss practical techniques to use both on & off our yoga mat and support one another in our paths to forgiving both ourselves & others.
Our work will be divided up between lecture, discussion, meditation & gentle yoga poses.
*Practical, therapeutic techniques to begin the forgiveness process
*Self-care mechanisms to utilize through healing
*An integrative approach with the chakra system
*Gentle yoga poses & breath practice to coincide with the process
