Angie Bynon, M.A. RYT 200

Angie was born in Poland and immigrated to the USA with her family at the age of eight. She grew up on the east coast where she earned her B.A. in Media Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Angie began practicing yoga in 2002 as a compliment to running, hiking and to alleviate anxiety. Her move to Boston led her on a path to study psychoanalysis and eventually she earned her Master’s degree from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. During her years of psychoanalytic studies, Angie was introduced to Baptiste Power Yoga and immediately she discovered a profound connection between yoga and self-realization. After moving to Redlands, Angie found her home at Inner Evolution Yoga where she completed her 200-hour teacher training in September 2013.  Angie believes that life events give us lessons or opportunities for self-reflection and the growth we need. Yoga is a way for everyone to experience transformation in all areas of our lives. Angie is a lifelong student of yoga. She shares her passion for yoga in the studio as well as off the mat in the community. Come take a class and see what you can discover about yourself.
